These Child Safety Standards apply to the Scan On Way website and Android application. Scan On Way does not target children and does not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Scan On Way strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, sextortion, predatory behavior, or any content or conduct that endangers children.
User content and visitor messages
Users and visitors may not create, upload, send, request, store, or share any content that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, or harms minors. This applies to profile content, photos, album content, menu content, visitor messages, quick messages, and any other user-submitted information.
Reporting concerns
Anyone can report child safety concerns, suspected CSAE, or CSAM related to Scan On Way by contacting our child safety point of contact:

Please include the profile link, message details, screenshot, or any information that helps us identify and review the reported content.
Review and enforcement
- We review child safety reports as a priority.
- We may remove content, disable public profile access, suspend accounts, revoke access, or preserve relevant records when needed for safety and legal compliance.
- We may report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the appropriate regional authority as required by applicable law.
Cooperation and updates
Scan On Way cooperates with lawful child safety investigations and may update these standards to reflect legal, product, or policy changes.
